Jim Cast in The Wake Up

Jim’s latest casting news will take him to the shores of France as he is cast in international short The Wake Up.  The story revolves around a young man who in the aftermath of his stag do, finds himself waking up in Paris, France.  Jim will be playing a Taxi driver who tries to help the young man who will be played by up and coming scots actor Declan Michael Laird.

The film will be shot later in the year by Director Dakota Lupo of Southern California and written by  Luke Harding who based the story on an incident that happened to himself when he ended up in France after a mental night out in Manchester.  The story received some press attention at the time as the teenager posted selfies of himself in Paris the next day.  When the film is complete it is expected to do the rounds on the festival circuits.
